Says 3.0 gms but it is per serving and per serving is only 24gms

This can make a decent dosa if you make it very thin and crispy, it would be quite like the normal dosa. But if you want a thicker one then it would be different in taste and consistency. It takes a long time to cook, and you can't keep the batter because the physilium or something in it will change it considerably. I'm still ok with this product, one star deducted only for the price

I’ve been on keto since a week and just like the most of us here, got bored of my diet.I stumbled upon this dosa mix and by the looks and reviews, it looked good. Next thing you know, the order was on its way.I tried making this in a microwave, on a pan, with thick and thin batter. All in vain.Since most of such stuff(atta, mixtures etc) comes expensive(at least for me) while on Keto, I’d suggest to follow Headbangers kitchen for good home-made recipes, than falling prey to such gimmicks.I’m profusely disappointed with this product and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

Keto diet is now no more difficult to follow. Just few days back I bought this Keto Dosa for the first time and it makes perfectly nice dosas. However they are not crispy like normal dosa but helpful in cravings. I have been on keto from last 5 months but not have much option in breakfast. Makes soft soggy Dosas irrespective of various methods of preparing. Don't even dream of any where close to your regular rice/ dal dosa. You can make it slightly appetising by adding chopped onion, green chilli, ginger slivers etc.
