Worthless - don't waste your $$$
What a lot of hardware that basically does nothing. This thing couldn't cool a shoe box. The "cool" air coming out can be barely felt, coming from a weak fan a little over an inch in diameter that I wasn't sure it was working - it puts out so little air. You could take a drink of cold water, and breathe out more cool air than this. I know how peltier junctions work, but never had direct experience with them, so I thought I'd try it, that it must be a little cooler - nope. I guess I should have known better. It comes from a seller who has no idea what they are selling - the descriptions are nonsense in poor English.
