Difficult to operate if you are not used to it..
The product is quite sturdy.. and makes joints that are tight and durable.. My only complaint is that operating it isn't as simple as it seems.. Without practice it is difficult to make a tight strapping.. it's my limitation, not the product's..

Easy to operate, value for money.
I am 75 years old retired professor. I had huge collection of less important books which was difficult to pack and store. This tool helped me. It was easy to operate and I succeeded from first attempt. Force applied to seal the metal clip was moderate, not at all hard. YouTube videos helped me learn the process.

Works well ! Minor downside
It works well, from a functional perspective, Downsides : metal strip bends outwards, which may damage other cartons if stacked close. The strap cutter doesn’t work properly, sometime it cuts, and sometimes not. Overall, Value for money! I ordered it for personal use, during my home shifting, which i packed myself from 0 to 100
