DOA Battery Replaced By Cyberpower
I got a unit with a DOA battery (thinking the seller knew they had suspect units due to the reduced price). Seems the battery prevents normal Amazon return, so I opened a case with Cyberpower. After some on line chats to do some diagnostics and info gathering they provided an RMA. After a few weeks I got a working replacement. No issues now and has been working for over a month now.For anyone mounting this in a rack, the ears alone are not going to provide enough support. A set of rails is needed to support the weight.

Works well for single server
Works well for our single Dell server to survive short power outages without shutting down. The warranty and equipment protection guarantees give some peace of mind, and the PowerPanel software available to gracefully shut down servers when they are running on battery power.

Commercial Quality - Reasonable Price
I have two of these units, one protecting home theater electronics and another protecting network and other devices. First thing you notice is that this is heavy; take the battery our when lifting or moving the device. Without the battery it is still heavy, but manageable. The battery is heavy too, so you get your money's worth in sheer weight. I have one configured as a tower and it is very stable with rubber feet and extra hardware to stabilize it vertically. The second is horizontal on a shelf. The unit came with all the parts to rack mount or tower-mount the UPS, but the rubber feet used for tower setup cannot be used if you put the UPS on a shelf - there are no feet or provisions for feet if you put it on a shelf so the bare metal chassis sits on the shelf. It was a bit of a challenge to put this heavy beast on a shelf without scratching the shelf. However that is a trivial flaw so I'm still giving it 5 stars. I have the USB connector for one device connected to a PC in the media center and the free management software is way more informative and professional feeling than another 3-letter brand I used to use (that starts with "A"). The networking closet device is connected via USB to a Synology DS918+ NAS and the Synology NAS correctly identified the device, model, battery charge and estimated runtime. I also have the RMCARD205 management card, but I'll review that separately from the UPS. I did have a question about the front panel menu, called CyberPower and after a short wait I was connected to a US-based support person who answered my question. I really appreciate when you call for support and get a human to talk to. Good stuff.

She's heavy but can handle the job!
This 1500W beast was a really nice and welcomed addition to the Homelab. I've got 3 Dell PowerEdge on it (2x T610 and 1x R710) until I get a second unit to split between my 4 machines. The 3 servers on this unit load up at 35% and when I tested the fully-charged unit with them on there, after the UPS settled down after a couple minutes, the runtime on battery was 26minutes counting backwards at a proper and normal clocked pace. I like that! Worth the money.Pro's:Very fast switchover to battery. Front panel can be rotated if you want it as a floor model (comes with feet and plate) and has a decent user interface. Cycle through the display to see UPS stats.Nice long heavy shielded power cord.Easy battery access to swap out. Literally remove the face place, unscrew the front screws to the access panel and remove the batteries.Power outlets are user-configurable.Con's:No drive rails included, you'll need to order a set but we warned: They're confusing to set up, the diagram is super tiny with even smaller hard-to-read print and perplexing instructions; and shady in how it's mounted to your rack..weird screws, no bolts...eek. Also the rails are bare metal on bare metal - NO rolling bearings, and some of the edges of the rails are razor sharp so watch your fingers!---Overall, I'm very pleased with this unit and will be ordering another soon.
