These roof rack rails are not the best type of design for securely mounting. The position of the C clamp mechanism is more luck a U clamp and can be pulled off your vehicle roof rack with little force. Further, the key lock is very finicky, no smooth operation. I had to return these. Absolutely not worth the money!

Fairly easy to install on my Honda Pilot. One of the keys was slightly mis-cut, but I only need one. Instructions were fairly clear other than calling for the removal of two screws when they only should have been loosened. These bars felt a little weak, but did the job well of holding my kayak rack.

I installed these roof cross bars on a VW Atlas 2018 and they fit great. The installation instructions are not the best, but the actual adjustment on the bars to make them fit the desire width is fairly simple. In terms of noise it depends on the placement of the bars. The further back you put them on the roof there is less noise while driving on the freeway. Typically i dont hear any noise under 70mph. Would recommend these bars over more expensive models.
