This book contained a lot of mistake. The ingredient didn't call for powder sugar, but instruction stated add powder sugar. I tried 2 of the recipes for a big birthday party and didn't work out at all. It's so sad, if it work good it would be a lot of different icing recipes. Tooo badddd…...

I haven't tried the recipes yet but they look good. The layout looks like home typed out papers, lumped together and published. It doesn't look at all professional. Seems so strange to make the effort to pull everything together but not put the effort in to make it look nice. The cover shows fancy piping technique which was why I chose the book but the content is recipes only and not piping technique. There are no pictures in the book.The units are cups and oz (no metric). Not sure if these are supposed to be US or Australian cups .The book refers to a website but that does not seem to exist.Having said that I am looking forward to trying the recipes.
