Grafschafter Goldsaft Original Sugar Beet Syrup, 16 oz Jar

Very tasty. Has a generous amount of natural betaine which is hard to find for those of us who cannot eat wheat.

So many memories in a jar.

Inarguably the most delicious type of syrup you can put on anything. Wish it were organic though…

I bought this because I used to use these on my Dutch pancakes in Holland when I was a child. Reliving a memory I guess. It is still good, however I’ve been using “American” pancake syrup most of my life and my taste buds are prone to the high sugar content .

Ok. So I wasn’t sure about this at all. I saw it in a recipe and was curious enough to buy it. My first time dipping my finger in said it was unusual but good. Then I put it on my French toast and fell in love. Yum yum yum. (BTW - in case you’re wondering, you do not taste beets at all - despite it being made from beets.)
