Works great!
Crushing works great. Ratcheting is very nice so you can free your hands up to do the other testicle and it keeps very firm pressure without making your hand tired. Vessels stop bleeding better with tearing than cutting. The cutter doesn't cut all the way through, but I like that bc it allows you to rip it the rest of the way improving hemostasis.
