Holds ice as long as other coolers that would have cost me much more. I was at the beach with others who had the high $$ coolers and the Mammoth performed as well as they did.

Great cooler! Perfect for random road trips and/or everyday use. Seals tight, keeps ice for days and has a drain in the bottom that makes cleanup a breeze. We will be using this cooler for years to come!

Very happy with this cooler. Very durable and can withstand alot. Great for any sportsman and well worth the money.

I didn’t buy this cooler from Amazon but I’ve only been able to retain ice for two days max in mid 90° weather. I don’t know how others are claiming 5-7 days. Nothing wrong with the cooler lid or seal. I can squeeze out a couple extra days if I make blocks of ice, but if relying purely on bags of ice, it’ll melt in two days tops. For that reason I can’t recommend.

This cooler doesn't live up to a 5-7 ice retention. Twenty-two (22) pounds of ice easily melts to virtually nothing within 2 days. Now, do the melted ice and items inside stay cool-to-cold? Yes, but the weeklong claim is highly suspect.Another ding on this cooler is lack of accessories, such as a compatible cart.This review is for a product bought directly through the company and not Amazon.

I received a Mammoth Soft Sided Cooler from my company as a service award. Unfortunately, the zipper failed which prompted me to reach out to Mammoth's customer service department for assistance. I had the distinct pleasure of speaking with Donna who was very gracious and stepped me through the warranty exchange process and followed up upon receipt of the returned unit. She also allowed me to upgrade to a slightly larger Ranger for a nominal cost. This is the type of service that creates product and brand loyalty. Thank you!
