Amazing customer service!
I bought my pop socket back in February, & it’s been great-until the top popped off. Unfortunately, there was no getting it back on.I reached out to the seller, PopSockets, directly. The rep, Joey, got back to me the same day. By the next day, he emailed me a credit to purchase a new one on their site. I don’t think I’ve ever had such an efficient & positive customer service experience before. Thanks, Joey!

Efficient and Functioning
This product is a great solution to wrist pain from holding the phone and scrolling. It is very sturdy and I love that it magnetically attaches, and is easily removal. It was definitely worth the purchase because of how easy to put it on. It also is very durable and can act as a phone holder too. I also love how it is so easy to remove that I can pop it off and use my phone elsewhere. I also have a case on this phone that it can adhere to even with the case. The magnetism is very sturdy. Was a great purchase.

The perfect MagSafe grip and stand
Works great, sticks to my MagSafe case amazingly but also removes easily when I need to charge. So far the hinge has the perfect amount of give and easily turns, so it holds my phone up at the exact angle I want. Exactly what I was hoping for and works so well for both grip and as a stand.

Game-Changer for iPhone Grip and Convenience!
I wasn’t sure I needed a MagSafe grip until I tried this, and now I can’t imagine going without it. The PopSockets Phone Grip for MagSafe is a total game-changer—super easy to snap on and off, yet it holds firmly in place. No slipping, no shifting, just a strong, secure grip that feels built to last.It makes holding my phone so much more comfortable, especially when I’m scrolling, texting, or taking photos one-handed. I also love that I can easily remove it to use MagSafe charging without having to peel anything off. The sleek design doesn’t add bulk, and it looks clean and modern on my iPhone.Whether I’m watching videos or just carrying my phone around, this grip makes everything more comfortable and secure. It’s functional, stylish, and just plain useful—absolutely worth it.

Helpful for holding your phone
A bit expensive for what it is but I find it useful for me to hold my iPhone with case more securely, especially since I have smaller hands. The adhesion is *extremely* good, so good luck trying to get it off if you’re looking to replace one. I had one break after about a year since the top popped off and it took a fair amount of effort to remove the base. So minus one star for durability and for the added bulk which makes it a bit unwieldy in pockets. I end up having the pop socket stick out partially. And I admit that sometimes my fingers hurt a bit after too long use.But overall, a helpful tool for those of us who are constantly on our phone.

Long lasting
Love these things! I don't know how I ever used a phone without them. I've never had them pop off. Love that they can be re-used too.

ITS ACTUALLY TEXTURED
FINALLY I have found the exact pop socket I’ve been looking for. I’ve had this textured pop socket on my phone now for years and I’ve loved the textured design due to “touch stimming” as I have a bit of autism. My boyfriend accidentally broke the part that allows you to change the top of it if you wanted and I actually cried bc I have tried to find this textured pop socket everywhere. Other textured pop sockets on Amazon show they’re “textured” but when they show up, it’s just a picture of the texture you wanted. The quality of this is great. The pop socket stays on and even if it didn’t, you can swap the tops like I talked about. It’s easy to install too and functions like a pop socket should

I love my Popsocket Magsafe Pop Grips, but they break too easily.
I am now on my 4th Popsocket Phone Grip for Magsafe. I'm so used to using a Popsocket, I find it awkward to hold a phone without it attached to the phone or the phone case. It's the best and easiest way to securely hold a phone with one hand without holding it in a death grip to avoid accidentally dropping it.But it's not perfect. It comes with adhesive-backed metal rings to attach to back of a cellphone case on which the Popsocket attaches. However, the adhesive of the Popsocket supplied rings suck and they don't stick very well to some phone cases, particularly the ones with high silicone content. However, that's not a big issue as the ESR Magsafe compatible metal rings are thicker and comes with a higher quality adhesive backing which pretty much glues itself permanently to every type of phone case. The ESR rings are wonderful, the Popsockets rings not so much.As for actual Popsocket, they're good until they're not. The collapsible socket which provides a place for your fingers to grasp onto is made of a flexible and durable plastic that holds up well, for the most part. At the bottom of the socket base there is a 1/4" hole that wraps around a hard plastic flanged post attached to the magnetic base. The Popsocket magnet is very strong. See the attached photo. The problem that I've encountered in 3 of the 4 magnetic Popsockets is that the magnet is a bit too strong. When you need to remove the Popsocket from cellphone case using a Magsafe metal ring, it often takes a mighty tug to pull them apart. 3 times I've managed to pull the socket piece completely off the magnet base. When that happens, the Popsocket is no longer usable. The problem is that the force required to pull the magnet off the phone exceeds the strength of the flexible plastic that wraps around the flange. The Popsockets company might consider dialing down the magnet strength or provide some type of mechanical means of separating the Popsocket magnet from the metal ring on the phone case as opposed to yanking on the socket. There are ways of placing the socket back onto the flange, but it's not simple for those who are not mechanically inclined. There are videos on YouTube that provide instructions on how to reassemble separated Popsockets. Personally, I don't pull on the socket to remove the Popsocket from a phone. I instead try to hook the Popsockets magnetic base and slide it off the metal ring which breaks the magnetic attraction.Popsockets is a wonderful device and probably worthy of a 5 score, but the fact that I've broken 3 of the Magsafe Pop Grips in less than a year doesn't speak well for the product. It could be done better.
