Perfect size & did not block cabinet doors. Use for mail & papers needing shredding. Placed where we usually dump papers on counter. Looks good with big pockets.

Bought this to hang in our entry to get mail off the kitchen counters. Works great.

I had to return this, because it was closer to 12 inches wide, not the narrow measurement as stated in the description.

I bought this specifically for some paperwork I like to keep close at hand, but off the counter it always ends up on. Here is how it worked out:1. The paperwork will fit in both slots, but it does not come out, or go in, the bottom compartment easily. So it just isn't practical for the purpose I had in mind. That said, I decided to file all of the paperwork on the top slot and use the bottom for mail, as it is smaller.2. Hanging it up was fairly easy. There are 2 spots (in in each top corner) to screw it into the wall. I opted to hang it on a pair of command hooks. I hate putting holes in the wall when I don't have to. This file holder slid onto them easily. And the product isn't heavy, so I am not worried about it pulling the hook off. So far it has held for 2 days no problem.3. There are slots on each compartment to put a label or tag. Had I used it as originally intended I definitely would have utilized them. Since the way it used now is pretty self-explanatory I have no need for them.Overall I like the way it looks and how easy it was to put up and use. I am disappointed with the space between compartments. It made it impractical to use the bottom one with letter size (8.5x11) or larger. I felt like it is a bit over-priced as well.

- Yes, it came warped, but was easy to bend back in to shape.- Yes, you most-likely will get sent a used one with haphazardly slapped on “new product” stickers over the multiple old ones below it.- Yes, the black paint was entirely chipped/sanded off, but really, nothing a little unicorn spit and gloss finish spray couldn't fix. It's hardly 10 bucks extra.- No, you do NOT get hook adhesive strips, it's 2 screws and 2 stoppers. So, you will have to make holes in your wall.I'm perfectly happy with mine.Take these in to consideration before buying.
