Absolutely amazing! I am pregnant with my 4th and this is the first pregnancy I am actually sleeping! I'm very sensitive to medication and supplements. Many times I have bought supplements and had to throw away after 10 days or so, because I have side effects from the fillers (etc) Not so with this brand. I will not hesitate to buy again. For me they have a calming effect.
