I bought a 3 hp tuhorse that was too small for the job. the people at tuhorse helped me calculate which pump I needed, swapped out my used pump and only charged for the difference in price. good service. new pumps doing fine. DA

I bought a pump that failed and was told by Tuhorse I needed to get a huge pressure tank OR a cycle stop valve (CSV). I sent back the defective pump, they sent me a new one and I installed a CSV valve (where on low demand it holds the pump on at a steady pressure rather than cycling on and off). The new pump just started blowing capacitors, so I pulled the pump and an electrician cut the wiring harness between my wires and the factory wires, to eliminate an abrasion/short possibility and he tells me the internal pump windings are the problem. Naturally, it's 6 months out of warrantee, but even if they repaired/replaced it, I'm done. If you have ever pulled a pump from 100" under ground, you know this is not something you want to be an annual basis. Buyer Beware!!!
