Edit 10/15/19 - this seller deserves five stars for customer service after receiving their email stating that they are sending me a free brush and have advised me of proper care to avoid mold growth.I liked this brush for a month until I noticed some black mold growing on the base of the nubby side. I tried cleaning it with bleach and a small brush but it didn’t get it all off. I pulled off the whole thing and found it full of mold that was ingrained into the wood. Definitely a flaw in design if water can get into that space and just sit there. Was mine just an error in production or are they all like that? I Don’t know, I just threw it out.

This is a great body brush the bristles are soft and does an excellent job removing dry skin. Your body feels so good after using the body brush. All the other body brushes I looked at in the department stores are a way to stiff and the one I did purchase, ended up using it on my car tires to clean. GREAT BODY BRUSH!

This id the perfect dry brushing brush. Not too hard or too soft and the handle makes it easy to reach the back

If you have sensitive skin, skip this. The trick is to let the bristles soften under water first. I wouldn't use it for dry brushing, it HURTS!
