I bought this to give to my daughter, she has a 3 and 1 year old girls and sometimes is hard for her to make them go to bed. So when they occasionally go through seasons of having difficulty falling asleep, she give them one of these and it helps them to settle. Overall great product, kids like the taste and super easy to give them, of all they have tried of different melatonin products and this one works pretty effectively. It doesn't leave them drowsy or drugged the next morning at all. Highly recommended

We started using them when we took a summer trip to Scandinavia and it was light around the clock. This really helped to regularize our sleep schedule (two adults and one kid). Since then, we've been using them at home or when traveling if we need a bit of help getting to sleep or getting to bed a bit earlier. No morning-after drowsiness, and they work like a charm. We give our kiddo one and we'll take 1, 2, 3, or 4. I think adults can take up to 5 (since they're 1mg each). Our kiddo has always struggled to go to sleep at night, but it's a lot easier when we give him one of these. They taste great, but not addictive at all!

My 4 year old doesn’t like the flavor/ taste but my 3 year old does. My 3 year old used to get out of bed and pound on his door (he can’t get out on his own) again and again and we used to have to go in multiple times over and over: re- turning off lights, arguing about getting back in the bed, etc. since taking this nightly over last week the troublesome 3 year old has stayed in bed every single night (no door pounding) and 2 out of the 7 nights he’s drifted off to sleep on the second or third book before we even leave the room. Our night routine is day and night better. The 4.5 year old didn’t like at first but now has fomo and eats them. I notice effects less on him but he does seem like he’s doing well at bed time with them and has said I’m tired on two of the nights when I’m putting him to bed at the same time. I think they are a good value. Well worth it if your kid is fighting bedtime strongly. Overall I’d recommend them.

This is worth every penny my daughter has Nyctophobia(extreme fear of the nite) I bought her these just to see how they are. I took one first WOW I fell asleep within 20 minuets. Then I had my daughter eat one she said it tasted better then gummy bears. They weren't gross like some sleep medication is they tasted like gummes. And my daughter can sleep through the nite without waking me up. Just saying I highly recommend these sleep gummy's for kids and adults. EDIT: Ok so I purchased a bottle of Melatonin Gummies and they came and did not help whatsoever I was very disappointed with this purchase I returned that bottle and bought another one they worked ok the first two months my daughter and I used them they worked amazingly. I am not sure if they changed the amount of Melatonin that goes onto the gummies but they did do something different instead of taking 20 minutes to kick in it takes about an half hour the taste is still amazing and don’t change that they taste like candy or better:) . I’m not going to change sellers but if they continue to not work I will change sellers. I am not going to give them one star I just think it was not a good batch I will still recommend these Melatonin Gummies to anyone that has trouble sleeping BTW if you do get a bad batch you can easily return them it is simple and very fast delivery too.

With the days beginning to get shorter, my kids have been having a hard time getting to sleep at bedtime.. I have had very good luck with this brand and other supplements so I decided to give these melatonin gummy’s a try. My kids have been using them for about a month now, and I have to say that I am overall very happy with this product.. I see a significant difference in their productivity during the day, because they are sleeping much better at night.. The kids actually look forward to taking these, they have a similar flavor and consistency to that of a fruit snack. I will totally be ordering more of these in the future! Highly recommended

They get the job done when my son eats them but he has spit so many more out then he's actually taking. There's a harder outer shell to them and are super tough to chew.

I bought these a few years ago when my young grade schooler was having trouble falling asleep before 10pm no matter what soothing bedtime routines and “sleep hygiene” we tried. She’s just a hard wired night owl like me, and this struggle brought her to tears, worrying about not being able to feel ok for school the next morning. Out if desperation, I decided to look into melatonin. I looked for a kids version with a low dose. These EXCEEDED my expectations. My kid says they taste good (and she’s picky, doesn’t like children’s chewable advil, etc.). The dose worked perfectly, and has worked for several years now without needing to increase. She is not groggy in the morning either. This product is a lifesaver and I recommend parents whose kids struggle with falling asleep (so frustrating for the kids) to give these a try.
