Q: Does it Kill Fleas or just repel?

When I used it the first time, I got quite a few dead fleas that came off my dog. I think it does both to be honest. I don't think it kills all fleas straight away though, you do have to give them a good brush and wash them every few days.

Q: can i use on 8 week puppy

I'd say you could . It's a great product to keep fleas at bay ..
