I googled it, they have a lot. OraVet comes in 4 different sizes for different size dogs. The extra-small chews have 26.8 calories per chew, small chews have 47.7 calories per chew, medium chews have 80.5 calories per chew, and large chews have 128.2 calories per chew.

Q: Are these good for getting rid of plaque, tarter already on my yorkie teeth?

Best to go have vet clean teeth first.

Q: What is the actual size of these chews? My vet gave me samples and the chews are 2-1/4" long and 1 inch wide. Are these the same size?

They have several different sizes for dogs, this size I bought is 2'x1/2'(x-small) for small dogs . My dog is 6lb. You may need the(small) or medium size chew, they do have a description for the weight of your pet on the package.

Q: what size dog is these x-small ones for?

I give x-small to my 4 pound Yorkie although I do cut it in half so 14 becomes 28 works great she loves them we give them as a treat.
