The lock won't open after two times!
Defective lock! We got this for my daughter, she was excited but forgot about it after her birthday with all her other toys, now two months later she tried to use it and we've followed every instruction and it won't open. Sometimes the numbers seem to stick and we know the combination but it won't open. Unfortunately we're just past the return window since it was purchased for a birthday ahead of time... Worst I all she can't use the"secret" journal I got her without cutting it open....

The lock is not working after several days of use.
Our daughter was super excited to start her journal, but after couple days of using the lock, it wasn't opening anymore.The journal already has her writings and we can't return it. If anyone knows how to make the lock working again, please let us know. It worked couple days and just stopped unlocking at some point Thank you in advance!

Password resetting
Actually need help resetting password? My daughter tried and it didnât work. Wonât work with her password or 000. Canât find customer service number
