Great tasting sweetener. Reminiscent of brown sugar but much better in taste, quality and nutritional value. Even better melted with butter for pancakes, waffles etc. I'm addicted. This is the only sweetener I will be using unless something better becomes available, which I doubt for the price/quality. No problems dissolving in cold beverages but you use less if you start out with warm/hot first then add ice. I sweeten by the glass instead of pitcher to use less. This had taken place in the sugar bowl. Goodbye white sugar--hello caramel goodness!

This brown sugar is great for low carb diets. It has a lot of food value and is a low glycemic product. It tastes like caramel laced brown sugar and is great for recipes. You use it just like you would regular brown sugar, without the carb blast you get from regular sugar. Highly recommend.

I have found this brand to be entirely satisfactory and recommend it. I try to keep to a low-glycemic diet and this gives me some sweet with less stress on my blood sugar.
