Overall, A Good Product
This salmon is rather bland and tasteless. That can be easily fixed by adding your own condiments. This fish is not too odoriferous. I buy this brand over others because, presumably, they test for contaminants (like mercury) and buy only the purest. The price is right and there's only a small amount water in the can.Note: This salmon is skinless and boneless which is possibly a disadvantage if one is concerned about total nutrition of the product. I wish Safe Catch would offer a version with the skin and bones.
