So many features!
This scanner surprised me with just how fast it was. It also generates this nice report you can send to yourself or a customer. Very professional looking. I was able to do all the major resets we needed at our shop. As an added bonus, it has a "mall" where you can purchase add on features for really cheap. Highly recommend.

Accurate simple to use with a great variety of options to diagnose vehicle issues
Real easy to use with wifi connect ability that takes you right to solution to a DTC. Updates are free and quick. Great product. Would recommend to friends and family.

Works great, even for EOBD on Euro spec computers
Great reader, and worked well on a european land cruiser computer, which even our expensive snap-on reader didn't do. The customer support was also great, and the updates are easy to do.

Received a Used One with Missing Parts
Received a used one. Box opened, finger prints all over the unit, and missing the power adapter. Even had the previous owner's email and contact information still stored in the unit. Diagnostics wouldn't clear any of the codes. The 'Special Function' that I purchased it for, did not work.

Easy yo use
For a 63-year-old man, this is one of the easiest systems to work with, I always have issues getting electronics started up, but this is the best one yet, So I give it a great thumbs up, Plus they contact you back when I had a question. Thank you

El producto llegó genial es muy funcional y es bastante sencillo de utilizar, además es bastante completo en todos los sistemas del coche . Hay ocasiones que el VIN lo detecta automáticamente y otras veces hay que hacerlo manualmente pero no hay ningún problema. Muy buena impresión además te guarda los informes de autodiagnosis y hace captura de pantalla y las memoriza .
