Is there a way to make this a little higher? Could I buy a couple of extra compatible poles ?

Not sure if extra vertical poles are available but you could possibly try setting the tripod stand on something stable like crates or blocks and secure them to prevent toppling? On the poor frame is stable especially when used with bags that are supplied and can be filled with sand but not sure how they would work on a raised platform.

Can i adjust the crossbar? I need 2m width to be able to fit in my room
