Let me star by saying that I’m now on my 4th placement CT600 and they’ve all be faulty.Let me start at the beginning, ordered this from Amazon, waited for delivery and JLL sent an exercise bike! I wouldn’t mind but they weren’t even in the same ball park when it comes to the code numbered.Contacted JLL they weren’t overly bothered by their incompetence, but arranged for collection and then they’d organise sending out the right thing. 10 days pass by and finally I have the CT600.After about a month it starts making a knocking sound. Obviously I contact JLL, they ask me to send them a video via email and they agree to replace it. Yet again another 10 days pass by and the replacement arrives.Same thing happens again probably about 6 months later this time. Replacement number 2 is collected and replacement 3 arrives, again JLL not overly bothered.Next, replacement 3 begins to start knocking, by this time in thinking that it might be down to user error but I’m pretty sure having spent over 15 years in gyms and working as a PT in that time, I’d like to think I know how to use a cross trainer. Anyway another email and video over to JLL and another 10 day turn around with replacement 4 arriving.As I write this, replacement 4 is currently đờông its best rendition of knocking on heavens door by Bob Dylan.To say I’m annoyed at this hunk of crap would be an understatement.JLL have also said that it’s now out of the original warranty and therefore will do nothing about it.If you are considering buying this, really consider that there are multiple knocking comments out there with very little response from JLL.

Well I am a 60 year old female and was able to assemble this cross trainer. The video on YouTube was easy to follow along as recommended. However, a second person is needed to help when connecting up the arm exercisers as two pairs of hands are needed. The crosstrainer is sturdy and quiet when in use. All in all I am thrilled with this equipment and would recommend.

This is a really well made machine. Easy to erect, very quiet and the link to mobile/tablet works brilliantly. The data also saves to Strava, which wa a bonus. I'm very pleased with this purchase,

Great fitness machine. Used Elliptical machines for years and this is the best one I’ve bought so far. Like the smooth increment transition you experience with the electric input. Feels very robust like an industrial machine in gyms. Used the Iconnect app to customise a training routine.

Do not buy this product. The product started to malfunction after 18 months. It started to make lid noises and bangs. I contacted JLL and the were not interested and said that I had to open the machine a look inside. I could not see what the issue was as I am not a mechanic. The machine has now broken and I spend nearly £1000! On this item. I had an Horizon Andes machine for 15 years and had no issues, it was still working when I got rid of it. JLL customer Service are not very helpful. What a waste of time and money

This is a nice cross trainer and easy assemble after watch the assemble procedure in Youtube. Recommend the product.

I purchased this product during lockdown a supposedly a new product, however it came with heavy scratches and dents. I should have sent it back but given the fact exercise equipment was hard to get at the time I did not.Parts of the cross trainer has required replacing due to faulty parts. The seller has no timescale to deliver parts and will keep you hanging on indefinitely if it is not in stock. I am in the 4th month of waiting with no delivery date in site. For the want of a £20 part the entire product has been reduced to trash.Save yourself the hassle and buy from someone else.

So far so good. Delivery was quick and the equipment was well packaged. Easy to assemble (youtube video a great idea). Feels very sturdy and movement smooth. Feels like a public gym quality machine but at home gym price. Fingers crossed now for reliability.
