We buy these every time they wear out. So much cheaper than replacing the entire vacuum. My husband is a pro at changing them out, too. They do last a while, but we have our vacuum on 6 hours a day, so we replace them probably every two years.

I inherited the pool vac when I bought the house 5 years ago. We live in the Desert with extreme heat and cold. The bits on the side finally feel off and I thought I would need to buy a whole new system that was well over $100. Any how during my research I found this kit. I wasn't sure it would work but thought I would try it anyway for the price. It arrived on time, was easy to install, and my pool vac works like a charm again. Thank you to the company for supply this replacement part that saved me over $100 in a new item. I'm extremely happy, and my pool is lovely and clean again.

Flaps work well while new but seem to wear quickly. Shoes kinda tight.

Adding new shoes and wings bring my vacuum back to a like new machine. It is back climbing walls and moving around the whole surface of the pool.

Stick with the name brand. I bought some less expensive knock off brands that were thin and wore out in a fraction of the time of the oem.

I bought a cheaper off brand that didn’t work well, I sent them back and bought the Hayward brand, these worked great. Sticking to Hayward brand for now on.

The rubber shoes fit, but the wings did not; the holes in the wings were not spaced far enough apart.
