This is the Absolute best playpen for your dog on the Market I am so glad I paid the extra money for this My puppy is 8 months old and about 37 pounds and she loves it there is so much room inside I put her bed in there her toys and food and water and still alot of room left for her to play or chill out or jump around she chews on everything but this is made so well it holds up and she cannot tear this one at all even when she gets a little hipper so Please Spend the Money and pick this one because you will waste your Money on the cheaper ones they won't be as strong and as rummy as this one is and it is also very tall but PERFECT FIT IN ANY ROOM EVEN ON THE GO TO OTHERS HOUSES I HAVE TAKEN IT WITH ME TO MY MOMS HOUSE AND IT'S GREAT!!! I had an issue where the zippers came off track not long in to use. After posting my review the company was quick to rectify the situation and shipped a new one immediately. So far so good! It’s light weight and easy to clean. My dog loves it as it feels like her own little space. Will be great to travel with as it’s easy to stow and set up! Customer service was fantastic!

I purchased the pet playpen for my 16 year old Staffordshire bull terrier (35lbs). She was struggling with vestibular issues (i.e., old dog syndrome). This worked great for keeping her safe and comfortable during her recovery. It was spacious, easy to clean, and versatile (you can easily open/close the doors, remove the top and bottom). It is large enough for a small/medium sized adult to climb into the playpen. We continued to use it as her "bedroom" and we packed it up and took it on a few road trips. It is a bit tricky to collapse initially. However, I think it is a great buy for any furry friend/family member!

I love this! My new puppy sleeps in in at night next to the bed, it's awesome! Using this as a crate and it fits great in my bedroom. I loved it so much I bought one for downstairs too. I have two small kiddos and now a puppy so putting her in this while I need to tend to things has been a life saver and I know she's comfy and safe. It folds up easily and travels well too! I highly recommend this! Easy to put together as well!

Purchased this playpen for my rescue morkie. He has been with us only 2 months. Thought we could use it instead of a hard crate. He loves it as long as the doors are open. He has his own space away from my golden doodles when he wants. My only complaint ...that in 2 minutes flat..my little guy figured out how to unzip the door and get out. He is too smart for it..so now it is his private room. We still use the hard crate when we need. I can't comment on durability or easy to clean since I have had it only 4 or 5 days. It looks like it will be easy to clean and seems durable.

We ordered this playpen for a pet rescue and unfortunately it never arrived. Adley shipped it correctly, but Amazon lost it. We had to order a new playpen from another supplier due to timing but we reached out to Adley asapto make them aware- they replied to us immediately. They were very concerned about our satisfaction and even went so far as to replace and reship a new playpen to us right a way that we could donate to our local pet rescue--just amazing!! The quality is very good and we really like the two separate doors, storage pockets and handy carrying case. The playpen even came with an awesome shearling pad which is also good quality. We found Adley's customer service to be superior. They were very responsive and professional. We would highly recommend Adley and this item!

This obviously was rejected by someone else. Upon opening, I realized this was someone else's refused or return item. Since I had already purchased one of these, I knew how new in box was supposed to be. This was definitely not. The sherpa pad, along with the top and bottom were all on the outside of the playpen. The top and bottom were not in between the folds of the playpen. The elastic band was twisted several times and clearly not as the manufacturer had packaged. Upon opening the playpen, two of the sections where the steel wire was to be encased were not. Clearly, this should not have been sold. The only reason I wanted to return the first one was because of zippers. Yes the zippers kept getting stuck. Another attempt allowed me to be the recipient of another, more dangerous playpen. This one actually had the exposed steel sticking straight up from the panel. Clearly these are serious, dangerous and need to be addressed concerns. Additionally, if available, I was going to purchase the larger size as well. Amazon could not provide a contact number nor was one included with any of the three. Wish I could say I was happy but the last two, are were returned by someone for serious reasons. This is a quality and safety concern at the highest level. The fact that Amazon didn't check the returns and sent them out as new is also a further concern. Amazon, did provide an email address where I could send the photos and provided refund. The sad part of this is I really liked the first one if only it did not have a zipper problem with both zippers repeatedly being stuck. I was able to fix one but only after someone took care of a sick three week old kitten with having to primarily use the side doors. Bad experience. Adley shod have had a contact phone support number.
