You can go for the cheap plastic options.... but they don't last, or work well.... or you can pay a little more and buy these. They are great quality and exactly as described, really robust and look so much better in the home than the cheap plastic rubbish.The door does not move an inch when wedged. I bought 4 and each door I have have varies in the gap at the bottom. This made no difference to these wedges, they work perfectly. I highly recommend this product as it is worth the money.

Finally founded a door stop that's strong enough to keep my bedroom door open. Mind you, due to lack of space in my flat, it does have a lot of clothing hanging behind it, which kept swinging it open. The stop fits under the door with a bit of pushing, because the floor is carpeted. I'm not sure if it would keep the door open if my floor was wood/laminate though, considering the weight behind it. The stop is a good weight, strong metal, and a decent size, and that there's two makes it good value for money. Very pleased.

Handy if like me you have some doors that sit high off the floor, my kitchen door is like this to the outside , normal door stops just aren’t high enough to reach, please though measure the gap before you order anything like this , and save you time and money

When I purchased these doorstops, I did think the price of them was rather high, however, these are definitely the rolls Royce of doorstops, and I have bought another pack. Not only do they look good, but also my puppy is not chewing them!! Obviously, she knows a quality item when she sees one!!

The best and so strong especially for sliding under sloping book shelves as well and so strong and weighty- recommend
