Ive purchased maxicom for diagnostic purposes, it shows a lot of information, from fault codes to ways for troubleshooting and solving the problem. it is a great product for any one who is looking to run a automotive service line.I’m also very impressed with the after sales team.When i have any questions or technical issues, I emailed in and Vanessa would also promptly reply me and solve my issue with utmost patience and respect. I’m was very impressed with both the product and Autel Direct (Vanessa)10/10 would recommend anyone looking at maxicom.

This scanner is on the the top of diagnostic tools for it's compatibility with all makes and models I see coming into the shop.It has many bi-directoinal functions across all manufacturers to test PCM, BCM and other module output controls.Some examples are purge/vent solenoids, injectors, fuel pump relays, VVT and cylinder canceling lifters.It also allows you to service brake pads with electric park brake systems, reset service reminder message and calibrate SAS after wheel alignments plus many more functions.The MS908BT scanner is an advanced tool with many functions and will take some time to get familiar with it all.It can be used in any country around the world.

Autel mk908 is a great product. I was using a very expencive snap on scan tool before buy the autel mk908 and the autel is just as good as the snap on tool but a fraction of the price. The updates are better priced also. Autel Direct gave fast, free shipping and a price that could not be beat. They even cared enough about my purchase that they contacted my to make sure i was 100% satisfied with my puchase and experience. Happy to say im 100% satisfied with my purchase and service thank you Autel Direct.

I really liked this scanner the thing it could do was awesome, it was with deep regret that I had to return it, I will explain later. Customer support was superb, they were very helpful trying to diagnosis the problem and also the return.Now to why I had to return this scanner. I am in the Auto Glass Business and I needed a scanner that would do dynamic re-calibrations. After I had replaced the windshield that had these features. I was tired of sending my customers back to the dealership to have them re-calibrate their windshield. I don't have shop big enough to do static calibration at this time. I know that some vehicles require a static calibration and some require both a dynamic and static calibration, but many can be calibrated with a dynamic calibration. After much research I found that although this tool is advertised to do Adas Calibrations, the MaxiSys ADAS application requires a code (QR code scan) from the calibration frame to activate the software.That being said if I was a mechanic I would definitely have this machine. Ran a diagnostics on a 2004 Chevy 1500 with 280,000 Picked up a 10 DTCS and found it quite easy to navigate. Just clicked a button and it took me straight to google to tell me what the code was, without having to reenter the code again. Along with what others found that had solved the problem for that particular code. It was easy to erase the codes after the repairs were made. I just wish I could justify keeping it.

Overall this is a great advanced level scan tool. No issues registering with Autel and downloading updates for the first year. It’s done everything I’ve needed it to do from evap to ignition testing and control. Only negative is the update-one year for $900 through Autel. There’s no option for a one time update with this scanner. I’d still recommend it for an advanced DIYer or working on the cars as a side gig
