High quality item, well built. This company has a long history of validating and testing their equipment to a high standard. Best pulse ox around

Inaccurate pulse reading.
Does detect pulse and oxygen very quickly. However, although the oxygen seems to stabilise, the pulse is erratic. In the space of 20 seconds the pulse reading bounced between 50bpm and 87bpm and wouldn't settle down. It's possible that my circulation is poor due to heart problems but at this price the performance of this device is not adequate and I will be returning it to Amazon.

Great Pulse Ox
This is a wonderful little machine. It's smart, easy to use (automatically switches on and off) and so far has been very accurate. I decided to pay a little extra for my choice of pulse oximeter and I am very pleased with this product.
