Art Ruling Pen masking fluid pen watercolor pen sketch drawing pen tools for Masking Fluid Line with ruler-green

I am very happy with this purchase. I do water color painting. This ruling pen works like a charm with masking fluid. I was able to achieve VERY thin lines. In the past, using other applicators, the lines were always thicker than I wanted. This ruling pen also allows for better control. It is comfortable in the hard. The ruler that came with it is of good quality and came in a plastic sleeve for handy storage. It worked well with the ruling pen.The blender brush is very nice. The tip is soft and flexible with a good point, and had a good size reservoir for the water. It works well with a good flow. As long as the ruling pen and ruler don’t rust, I am VERY pleased with this purchase.

This Ruling Pen, water brush and metal ruler came in a nice gift box as a set. The ruling pen works perfectly with masking fluid. The water brush was a little confusing at first, I thought it was defective. It works fine but needs to be twisted in the opposite direction of all of my other water brushes. The metal ruler and metal tip of the ruling pen are of nice quality. This set was everything I hoped it would be.

This pen is absolutely garbage. It came with the tips of the tines deformed and chipped. Because of this, it doesn't work properly, and only lays down thick, globular lines that are worthless. Avoid this hunk of junk. Spend your money elsewhere, and get something actually decent.

Very easy to use and affordable.

This does not work at all with masking fluid. The fluid is captured as it should be, but that's it... it does not actually dispense at all from the pen, it just sits there drying away while you scratch your paper.
