This is my second purchase of this item. I want to make sure I never run out.
I followed the instructions, but was not entirely as diligent about number of applications, etc. as recommended, but I probably would have seen results faster if I had. It has completely cured the three nails that were affected. In one case the fungus was growing under the nail in such a way that the nail was actually falling OFF.IMPORTANT: THE FUNGUS IS IN THE NAIL BED. You must follow instructions and treat the area around the nail AND at it's base. If you follow the instructions, after a time you will see that the NEW growth is OK. This takes time, but it works. I've noticed that some people think it will fix the already damaged nail that they see. Nothing can do that. This medicine kills the fungus in the nail bed and surrounding area so the nail will regrow as a healthy nail. Do not give up. It will fix it.

Undecylenic acid does the magic for athletes foot
I have tried a lot of powders for athletes foot - none of these worked for me. This 25% undecylenic acid solution works perfectly to clear athlete foot from skin between toes within days. Toenails take a lot longer of course. This being said, any undecylenic acid preparation (usually all 25%) works just as well. Just forget about the powders (in my experience)

Uses undecylenic acid, which is considered more effective than tolnaftate
It is increasingly difficult to find anti-fungal products which use undecylenic acid, as many of them seemed to have transitioned to cheaper tolnaftate as their active ingredient. So I am pleased that Toeliva has retained the use of the apparently-more-effective undecylenic acid. A study published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology did find that undecylenic acid was more effective than tolnaftate in treating athlete's foot. The study found that 70% of patients who used undecylenic acid were cured of their infection, compared to 55% of patients who used tolnaftate. The only concern I have with the product is the use of olive oil, which would seem to be a potential stain-creator. One option to mitigate any staining would be to blend some baking soda in with the Toeliva, or sprinkle it on your skin after application.

It worked for me!
I am eternally grateful for this product! I tried literally everything topical over a period of 10 years with no success until Toeleiva. Took about 1 year of twice daily application and weekly toenail filings (to help it penetrate and prevent ingrown nails) along with hair/skin/nail gummies.Luckily the bottles last a very long time. I am buying probably my last bottle now for maintenance (I may not need it, not sure), so basically a 3-bottle cure, and I have recently found it works even faster if you can it apply 3 times daily - thanks again!

Not for toenails
The name and description suggest treatment for toenail fungus. The product comes with the notice that it is not for toenail fungus.

I won't buy this again.
I purchased this product because of the ingredient undecylenic acid which was in the previous products I have used, it seems products are changing to a different ingredient now, and I wanted to stay with what I know works. I haven't used this long enough to say it works or doesn't, my issue is with how oily it is, it's not convenient to use. The previous products I've used just put on like nail polish twice per day and that was it, this one you need to squeeze as much oil off of the brush as you possibly can or it gets everywhere, if you wear regular socks I don't think it would be a big deal, however I wear compression stockings and they don't absorb the oil so it's just an oily mess.

My Naturopath recommends the active ingredient in this
Works well, doesn't stink like the others and lasts a long time. Best one I've found and I've looked everywhere!

So far, so good!
I've been using this product for 2 months and so far I've gotten better results than the god-awful-smelling chemical junk the doctor prescribed. That Rx was equal to putting nail polish on my nails and it dried out the surrounding skin horribly to the point of peeling. That bottle was tiny and as you got to the bottom, the product started to crystalize and was unusable. I decided to investigate a more natural remedy, so I simply researched what type of acid kills toe fungus. Undecylenic Acid is scientifically proven. The Rx had none of it listed as an ingredient. It was just jacked-up clear nail polish. Undecylenic acid and the base oil are slowly (and I mean slowly) killing the fungus while keeping the surrounding skin soft and happy. Patience is the key and keeping your toenails trimmed regularly.
