I prefer herbals, over medications, for times when I have issues with health, sleeping, or healing and have found this is a gem in my herbal medicine chest for rest when I am a little restless and just can’t get to sleep. I take a dropper and before I know it I am waking up and never knew I even got tired enough to go to sleep. It works that good. Thank you.

I am not a fan of grain alcohol tinctures. If I wanted to buy moonshine I could drive down the way and get some from locals. Lol!I find lemon balm in general does take the edge off ever so slightly. However, as with any good thing I try not to use it for multiple days in a row so as to not become accustomed to it and then needing more. So I vary my products, as it were, to receive a steady calming affect.I usually buy Pharma from the store but they have been out of the glycerine product(s)Pharma has good quality control and I trust their methods of extraction and sourcing the product itself.

The taste is not the best but me and my son have been taking a few drops a day and I sleep so much better and he is alot calmer than so it's a win win for me!

If only I would have known about this decades ago. I have anxiety, racing heartbeat, never ending racing thoughts, etc. I actually bought this because it's a recommended antiviral for Epstein Barr which I was ordering a few things for, and I liked that it said it calmed the nervous system. Sounded too good to be true but I ordered, of course. It arrived last night and since then I haven't really been worried about much, in a good way lol. I used a full dropper in a 2 oz glass of OJ. After about 20-30 minutes, I felt my body change and relax. My heart slowed down and my mind was just blank. It gets better- when I went to bed, I woke up and something seemed different- I realized that I had gotten many, many hours of deep sleep. I felt like I was waking up from a black hole or something. I have not felt that feeling since I was a child.Order this to help your nervous system and it's antiviral!!!! It's very good for you, all good in my book!

Was not expecting much from this product. I've bought similar in the past and was not impressed, but this has really worked for me.Would definitely buy again.

Will definitely update after I have used for a longer time period but so far this seems to help calm my mind and allow me sleep. I just mix it with some water her peppermint tea before bedtime. The taste isn’t too bad (I wouldn’t recommend it on its own). It doesn’t smell bad, the dropper is easy to use and this product seems great for the price!

I feel the benefits but it’s so hard to deal with the taste!
