Can you see blood easy in dark and does it really stick out.

Yes, you can really see the blood trail when using this light. It picks up the color really clear. Now if there are a lot of Red leaves on the ground you will have to focus a little harder, but only if you have a lot of maple trees in the area. We do and I was still able to pick up the trail easily.

is this any more than just a blue light?

It’s not a blue light. I used mine last deer season with great success. I used my light to help three other people find deer they he’d shot. Day or night, when the light hits the blood trail, it almost jumps out at you. I recommend this light to anyone that hunts

Can you see dried with it?

Yes it definitely shows dried blood-not as well as fresh though.
