READ THIS BOOK IN 2 DAYS!! AWESOME READ!
This book is amazing! I read it in two days however, could have read it in 1 day if I wasn't so sleepy at night after work! I have read many urban novels and this is the BEST so far! This book caused me to feel every emotion known to man. I was happy. sad, crying, curious and on EDGE! I need to order more books from Ashley and JQ! EXCELLENT EXECUTION WITH IS THIS STORYLINE!! I felt as if I knew the characters personally.

Good Story Line
I loved the story of London and Kalil. This book iterates that money can't buy happiness. The reason I gave this book three stars instead of five is because of two errors I found. (One star taken off for each error). I find that the problem with a lot of urban fiction is the typos which distract readers. With this book it wasn't the typos because I didn't find any. If there were any then I skipped right over them. One error that I did find was in chapter 10 page 134. Kalil took the train to Destiny's house to pick up his daughter Jada. It says he took the #6 train to 125th and walked the rest of the way to her house. Then right before he walks into her house it says "He got out the car and walked into Destiny's house". What car? He just got off the train and walked so the authors should have left out the part where he got out the car.The second error was in chapters 11 and 12. At the end of chapter 11 (page 177-178) Lynch and Peanut stuffed London and Jada in the trunk. While they were in there it says that Jada whispered to London "I want my daddy" which London responded "Me too sweetheart, me too" and then in chapter 12 (page 183) it says that when they pulled into the abandoned house Peanut popped the trunk and "When he saw London and Jada tied up with duct tape over their mouths, he instantly became overridden with guilt". What duct tape? How could they have had duct tape over their mouths when they were just talking to each other when they got in the trunk?Other than those two things I did enjoy the book. Coming from an abusive relationship myself I can relate to London with how hard it is to get out of a relationship like that. And similar to her I am not a stupid ignorant woman that stuck in there for the kids or the money. I am college educated and knew right from wrong and knew it was wrong but yet I stayed. It was out of pure fear so I felt London's pain.

BUY ITTTTTT!!!
It’s been awhile that I’ve found time to actually sit and read a book. Well I wanted to do just that, so I turned to two authors I trusted to grasp my attention (after loving The Cartel series years before.) well…this did exactly that!!!! Ashley and JaQuavis NEVER disappoints! This book was so good…child, I found time I didn’t think I had and read in two days! Don’t hesitate…if you love urban books..get this sis! 🤍🤍Thank me later. 😊
