This is a very solid, robust design. Unlike the plastic crap you get at Home Depot.the seals were high quality. The unit was very easy to installthe only problem is that it had a "thin" gasket that was way too thick, and if I used it, would have left the drain higher than the bottom of the sink (instead of flush with the bottom. I left out the think gasket and it worked ok- actually there are the rubber gaskets top and bottom, which I left in.- i left out the thin gasket, which was probably 1mm thick, but compressible- they should have included a 1/2 mm thin gasket, whch would have been ok.

Best drain available - very pleased with purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  We got this to go with our Vigo faucet and petrified wood sink and it came out perfectly. It also works very well and has a smooth operation to it. I used plumber's putty instead of the supplied gasket and it worked like a charm.

Exactly as I wanted. Very good quality. The price is right

This was definitely better than the one I had and it’s actually made out of a metal, not the shiny metal but a black metal and was easily changed and put in in five minutes
