Good stuff
The media could not be loaded. We use a combination of wood chips and black sand. I think we prefer black because it’s more aesthetically pleasing to me lol But it’s also great for our tortoise!

My lizard loves it!
This sand is great because it gives you a different color option for your tank to decorate yet still give proper nutrition and care for your pet! Would highly recommend and definitely cheaper than buying from a pet store!

Glad I bought it
I couldn't find the sand I used for my bearded dragon. I bought this and it seems not bad. But this kind of sand couldn't wrap my lizard's excrement very well as the previous sand I replaced. This is why I can only give it four stars.

Nice Sand for an Ornate Box Turtle
I have an ornate box turtle, and I bought this sand for the bottom of his enclosure. Really like it.

Nice touch for a terrarium.
I used this as a second layer substrate on top of a sand mat layer for my Bearded Dragon's terrarium. He seems to like it, it gives him something to dig into a little bit when he's walking along the bottom. There's some controversy over whether or not sand is safe for Bearded Dragon's because of consumption. However if you keep an eye on your beardie or take him or her outside of the terrarium for feeding, it's not a huge issue.

Not as white.
First off, I got this sand for my geckos, I mixed it in with a different yellowish sand to be the color that it is. The sand looks good. But soon I had to replace it as a substrate because my geckos got a mouthful of it everytime they launched for food and I bet that didn’t feel good for their little tummies to process. I’d say the sand depends on the animal but other than that I think it’s good. It isn’t as vibrant as the picture you see to purchase it though. It just looks like natural white sand instead of white white sand. I still use the sand to level out the new pebbles. Could be better.
