I decided to take up ukulele because I've always wanted to learn a string instrument and a concert ukulele seemed easy to handle and store with the added bonus of being fairly inexpensive. I did a fair amount of research before purchasing one and read everything I could on what to look for in a quality instrument and what to avoid. This tom ukulele is very well made and I'm glad the strap pins are pre-installed so you don't have to worry about it later on and risk cracking the instrument or spending extra money having a professional attach them.The sound quality is very nice, especially considering I'm a beginner, and the tuner is easy to use and read. I don't use the picks but they're nice to have. The soft-shell case is great and keeps my uke snug while storing easily in my closet and protected from my pets. I've been playing my uke daily for almost two weeks and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I only had to tighten the strings for the first few days or so and although I check my tuner each time I play, I haven't had to retune it much at all since. Overall, if you're looking at purchasing a ukulele, I think you'll be very pleased with this one.

My daughter recently discovered an interest in playing the ukulele. We started out with a do-it-yourself kit and built and painted our own ukuleles. After we finished that, my daughter expressed an interest in having something that was of higher quality. This ukulele fit the bill. It is beautiful, it has a great sound, and came with a wonderful case. It's not just a loose bag, rather a structured case that protects the ukulele. This kit also came with 5 pics as well as a tuner and other extras. She immediately started playing it on a regular basis and is catching on quickly. She's very happy with this purchase!

I really like this set of Ukulele. The reason I say a set is because it comes with many accessories such as picks, tuner, shoulder belt, and extra strings. My family is currently staying at a hotel for about a month, and this little instrument has given us some much needed family time when kids were busy playing with gadgets all the time. Plus, it’s not as loud as traditional guitars, but its sound quality is relatively good for the price. Highly recommended for little children and adults!

The ukulele is very nice. It has excellent sound and comes with quality strings. It is lightweight and perfect for travel, as a soprano ukulele should be. I am very happy with my purchase. The strings come loose quickly during playing, and there is no complimentary tone change clip. Tom's quality is getting worse and worse
