Easy to install. Provides more support for the hand stabilizing my grip.
I liked these grip extensions for my S&W Bodyguard semi auto. The gun is small and the extender helps stabilized my grip. The difference was immediate. I qualify twice a year and it improved my scores. Also, if your in your 60's like me, use your reading glasses or safety glasses with bifocal lenses.

All 4 fingers on the grip key with the S&W .380 Bodyguard
The S&W 380 Bodyguard has a history of having feeding issues due to the user error / difficulty of controlling the recoil of the weapon when you can only get 2 or 3 fingers around the grip. These allow you to fully grip the weapon with all 4 fingers and doesn't interfere with it's easy of conceal carry. Price, product, shipping, everything 5 START!!!

Great feel, but reduces concealability
This fits my pinky perfectly (since it would hang free with the standard clip). While it adds a little length and reduces concealability slightly, that's the trade off. Installation is easy and reversable.I HIGHLY prefer the hand feel of this extension over the bodyguard 10rd extended magazines I purchased.

I placed it on my magazine for my S&W M&P .380 Bodyguard and it fits great, looks good and fits my hand perfect, giving a more comfortable and secure grip.

Perfect product, perfect fitment
Fit my 380 bodyguard perfect. Was very easy to install. Took about 5 minutes to install both. Will definitely recommend

Best upgrade
Installing this was really easy. When it is installed, it just looks natural like it was there to begin with. But by far the best part about this is the fact that i can finally get my whole hand around the grip. No more half-handing my grip.
