I received this shaver today. The box for the shaver was wide open and the shaver was loose in a large shipping box with other items. It looked like the shaver box was never closed. There were no instructions in sight as to how to install the battery or use the shaver. I looked on line and found some basic info like where the battery goes etc. Never got anything else that was supposed to come with the shaver, like the cleaning brush. Once I figured it out, it worked OK. However, the shaver head is very loose from the body. I will keep it because it is too costly to send back. The company contacted me and sent me another shaver w/brush and instructions. Also sent me a pedometer as an apology gift. This unit works well and I am happy with it. Would purchase again.

I like the portability of this product its easy to use but it is shaving and once u start shaving you have to shave every other day or your once few grains of hair will grow into a full beard
