This is an E12 bulb base to E11 lamp socket which is what I wanted.
This is an E12 bulb base to E11 lamp socket which is what I wanted. I believe the description is confusing. I thought I ordered the wrong item.

It works...for me atleast!
First, let’s be clear kn what this is and is not. This converts a mini-candelabra (E11) base to enable you to ise candelabra (E12) base. You are most likely doing this to change a hot and wasteful halogen to a thrifty LED.I changed this in a chandelier, so space wasn’t an issue. If you are changing this in a fan, then it might be too big once everything is installed, so be aware of that before installing.Second, when you get it, you need to use just a smidge of force to get the sleeve to screw on the E12 bulb (black part). It doesn’t screw on easily and is a good snug fit, to probable avoid shaking loose if installed in a shaky fan.Third, the alignment of bulb and adapter, for me, wasn’t completely parallel, but I didn’t mind as this was in a chandelier and nobody was going to see.Packaging: 8pc in a small ziploc type baggie.Quality: Very good for something made overseas.Price: decent, should be cheaper considering what you get but hopefully I make it back in the long term in electricity savings.Recommendation: Buy, especially to change out wasteful halogen bulbs.Final thought: I wish these darn candelabra and mini-candelabra bulbs were just one single bulb. Can there be a universal standard somewhere?!?!

I found these to be of poor quality. Buy the lights with correct bases and you won't need to worry
These are poorly made, difficult to put on, and electrically suspect to me. That's is of course a personal opinion. After looking at these I decided not to use them - it places an extra layer of contact points between the socket and the bulb, and I don't want additional connection points to heat up or fail. I thought originally it would be OK, but after looking at them and trying a few, I decided it was better to avoid the potential fire hazard and buy the bulbs I needed.

Liked the easy conversion from E11 to E12 socked.Disliked the nuisance of inserting the E12 base bulb into the E12 socket. The plastic or rubber lip prevent screwing the bulb in place. " You must exert a little force to install in place."Otherwise it is a good product.

Find these for quality not price.
As with another size also purchased I expected a bit more quality. It’s just not there. I won’t be using these rather.

Not what is claimed to be
These are not what they are claimed to be, that is an adapter to be able to use a larger E12 base bulb in a smaller E11 socket. They seem to have the same size socket as their base, that is they are an “E11 to E11” adapter which makes no sense. See the picture with one of these screwed into another one showing the base and socket are the same size. The bulb in the picture has an E12 base which is much bigger and will certainly not screw into one of these adapters as it would have to do.

Perfect
Fast delivery. The product is well made and reasonably priced. Fit the E11 mini-candelabra sockets with zero issues and the E12 candelabra bulbs worked perfectly. Allowed me to use E12 bulbs that are more readily available than the E11 bulbs.
