I bought this to wear when running in cooler weather. I'm 5' 6" around 165 lbs. As the product description states, I ordered a size up from what I normally wear so I got a large instead of a medium. I really like the fit and it is comfortable to run in. The only thing I would mention about that is if you really want more of a compression type fit, do not order a size up. This is a super great product. I ordered the long sleeve and short sleeve shirts along with the long pants and shorts. Got all 4 pieces for what my son paid for his Nike compression pants.

I normally wear a large and I purchased a large, I'm 6' 190lbs with loooong arms. The arm length was perfect! I couldn't believe it, and the fit was spot on. I've worn it 3 times now out jogging in 35-50 degree weather, it does a great job doing what it's supposed to. Very comfortable and soft, it breathes as it should and looks great. If I have to get another one, I know where to go. Do not dry in a clothes dryer! It might shrink, it's best to hang dry with this kind of material as a heads up.

When I was younger and more athletically active, I would spend the premium to get 'name' brand athletic wear. Now that I'm not quite as active, but prefer a lot of basic active wear, I find that finding good values meets my requirements moreso.This long sleeve compression shirt fits great - size is true to measurements given online and the neck opening is nice and wide...I hate nothing more than elastic or other material constricting around my neck. While the material is not as thick as 'premium' options, it seems well made and suited for most purposes.I have already purchased one more and will likely add a few more to add to the wardrobe

The quality of the shirt seems OK. However, I'm 5'10" and 170 lbs. Based on the sizing chart and other reviewer's comments on the shirt running small, I went with the large. WAY TOO BIG. Very baggy all around. Not even close to a "compression" shirt. Based on this shirt, a medium might still be too big. And, I don't see that a small is available. FWIW, UA compression shirts in either small or medium fit me very well. So, I'm confused why everyone says this shirt runs small - unless mine is mislabeled or something.

This is a really nice base layer for colder weather sports. I've seen some reviews about sizing, please note - as a base layer the sizing is fine, needs to be snug to keep you warm. As an outer layer, or only layer, I'd order a size up. Great synthetic material, high quality, great feel. I like it!***An update 10 months later. This has become my absolute go to item for cold weather running. I just ran a half marathon in 32 degree weather and was super pleased with the fit and feel, and stayed at a very nice temp with this as a base, and a long sleeve shirt over it. Quality is goo,d it is in great shape. I just asked for 2 more for Christmas.

under armour quality at less than half the price. the fit is tight, but doesn't offer much compression. i ordered a size larger than usual as the company recommended. the sleeves are long enough to go to my wrist, which is better than i expected. i will already be getting more when i place my next amazon order.

good quality. strong material. note runs small. I'm 6 feet tall and skinny and have a 36" chest. However, I have to order Large in the Baleaf tights as they run small and even the large is just barely big enough for me.

This is a quality shirt. It is not as heavy a material as two of my other compression shirts but they cost 3-4x as much. Size was correct (the large fit as I would expect). I would recommend this shirt as a great value. The only reason I didn't give a 5 start is that if it would have been a little heavier material this would be an extremely good deal.
