Disappointed
The phone came earlier than expected which was nice. It looks great with only one tiny mark on the back but you can barely see this. Needed the phone to be used in Jamaica and paid extra shipping to get it there. It was unlocked so pick up my Sim network well. BUT THATS WHERE THE GOOD ENDS. The touch screen barely works well, I had to press so hard for it to respond and half the time it initiated an incorrect action. Also compared to my friends phone which is the exact phone..the screen quality is dull and poor. Also barely getting a third of a day on standby with the battery life. I reached out to the seller and explained that I wouldn't be able to return the phone as it would cost me almost triple to send it back and ship in a new one in total. They recommended a hard rest which did nothing. I understand their policy is to return and then refund dispite my circumstance. Basically I now do not have a phone. And I lost the money for this purchase and the extra shipping with no benefit.. I'm disappointed I didnt get at minimum a fairly functional phone.

Purchased to replace my damaged one
I love the Samsung Galaxy A50 phone. However, my wife's A50 was dropped in the toilet and did not survive. The new A50 I purchased was the same but would not connect to my provider, Straight-Talk. These people ran me in circles for several days, Their assistants were all foreigners and with my bad hearing, I couldn't understand anything they were saying. I ended up going to Spectrum and buying a new Galaxy 24S PLUS. They gave me $500.00 off for trading in the A50 phone I just bought. They said the A50 was not compatible with their service either. The A50 was a great phone, Straight-Talk is very frustrating if you have a problem.

Nice phone, but wouldn't allow me to make or receive phone calls
The phone came in excellent condition, but wouldn't allow me to change the APN and save the new configurations. So, I was never able to receive or make phone calls except for randomly. All of the incoming calls would go straight to voicemail. The company offered great customer service regarding returning the phone and getting a refund.
