Makes great biscuits and other "quick breads"! I have used Palouse wheat and then their beans for years now with great satisfaction. Their wheat works well for making sourdough starter too. I love buying US grown food!

We used some and made flour, some we planted (pretty close to 100% germination). It's also good to make honey ale...one if my favs!

These wheat berries always arrive dry and clean. I just bag in mylar with an O2 absorber for long term storage and keep out some foe baking bread.
