Punisher Skateboards Pro Series 13-Vent Dual Safety Certified BMX Bike and Skateboard Helmet, Youth/Teen 9+

Seems like an ok helmet, but product is not as described. This helmet does not come with foam inserts for different sizes, instead it has a tightening mechanism on the back and no foam insert on the back. Definitely not as pictured and not as pictured on the Punisher skateboard website. Not sure why it is different than advertised.Updated 5/13: We had this helmet for just a few weeks and the tightening mechanism has already popped out of the helmet. It is just a cheap plastic ball and socket type connection. There have been no crashes on this helmet. I will contact Punisher direct, because this seems like it could be a knock off impersonating a Punisher brand helmet. If it is indeed a new design, don't buy because it doesn't work well and seems to be really unsafe if there was an actual wreck that it would just pop off.

My son loves orange and the helmet he had was always coming lose, pulling back on his head, I could never adjust it to stay. The straps would loosen every time. We found this and gave it a try. Perfect. We had to remove the front cushion to fit on his head, but I just covered the rough Velcro spots with bandaids and he still finds it very comfortable. Perfect color. We love the adjustment on the back Of the head. I think this holds it on his head so much better. Very happy with our purchase!

I purchased for my 3 year old to use with his new kick board. The extra padding to help size the helmet did come in useful; however that material seems cheep and will most likely fail within a few months of hard use. If you have kids that will only use the helmet occasionally, this is a good choice, but the other helmet I got for his little brother is much better quality and also can be adjusted for size a bit.As far as the outer shell is concerned, it is good quality and should hold up to any falls he takes. I also like how easy the straps are to adjust and not only for tightness, but for helping positioning in his head.Overall the comfort, I'd give it a 3 star. And the value about a 4. Quality is 3.5, but these are considered against the high quality skate, bike helmet I have purchased for myself that last a very long time. Giving it 3 stars as comfort for a child's helmet needs to be higher so he enjoys wearing it vs fighting it.He actually enjoys his full ATV helmet better than this one, but it is not practical for what he is doing.

It only comes in one size and my head is 34” so it feels a bit tight, although the design it’s pretty cool I’m a 40 yr old male and really looks good on anyone.

I bought this for my middle school pole vaulters and they love it. It doesn't shake around on their heads like the old ones. I purchases this one because of the multiple pads to allow for different sized heads. This was probably the most important factor because it really can't be moving around on their heads when they run towards the pit. Great purchase and I'll probably be buying a couple more next year.

This is a second try to get a helmet to fit an 8 year old. I like the ASTM certification. Well made, sturdy, protective.

My son is 12 with a normal sized head and this was way too small. I took the padding out as suggested in other ports, but it was still to small.

This helmet is great and the color is very vibrant. The padding in the helmet is on point.

Tal vez por el precio en lo personal esperaba una mejor calidad del material, no está mal lo aclaro. El detalle del acabado con brillantina es bueno. Soy talla 57 y me queda bien, para que lo consideren. Para tallas más grandes no les quedaría, ya que la mencionada es la talla máxima y se pude ajustar a tallas menores.

Lo compré para mí -adulto, me quedo muy justo aún con las almohadillas para tamaño de cabeza grande (fue mi culpa pues la publicación especifica "Youth") se lo quedó mi hija y le encantó así que no se desaprovechó, eso si, con las almohadas para cabeza chica, pero le queda bien y es un casco bien hecho, de muy buena calidad, seguro. Muy buen producto y a pesar de ser importado, llegó un poco antes incluso del tiempo prometido.

Es un casco para craneos pequeños, adultos o niños, tiene pads intercambiables que hacen muy sencilla el ajuste de talla.La pintura es metalica, tiene muy buen brillo, se destaca a la luz del sol, lo que lo hace perfecto para salir en bicicleta en la ciudad.

El casco está muy bien, es cómodo y ajusta si problemas, es un poco grande y se ve tosco pero si no te importa está perfecto, la ventilación no es mala pero si le falta, no se mueve y es ligero. Llego. A tiempo y en perfecto estado.

El casco está padrisimo, muy buena calidad y se ajusta a cualquier talla de cráneo, el color es identico al de la fotografía, brilla, no es mate.

This helmet not only looks great it comes with 3 sizes of pads to get the right fit. It also has holes so their head doesn't get too sweaty. My sons friends have given him lots of complements and he'll actually wear it when he's riding!

La calidad y el diseño del casco es muy buena, sin embargo se despegó la parte blanca de la parte de espuma que protege. Algo que con silicon espero se solucione.

Es un excelente casco para el precio que tiene; de hecho superó mis expectativas. Los materiales son de muy buena calidad, el ajuste es perfecto y se ve muy bien, además de que está certificado.

It literally fell apart the first time I put it on my sons head. Plastic separated from foam. It's only held together by two little spots of glue from a regular household glue gun! Not at all what I would consider safe to trust to protect anyone's head.

Incluso con las almohadillas para ajustar las tallas, no me quedaron,terminé regalandolo. El color y la calidad se ve muy buena.

Excelente casco

The color was perfect and looked really good, but the size was not big enough for my 11 year old son even though it said in the description it fit all sizes. He was very disappointed because it was such a nice looking helmet.

Sinceramente, lo compre para mi novio. Pero, el me comenta que esta muy comodo y seguro. Adicionalmente, el precio es muy accesible.

Era lo que esperaba. Se ajusta a diferentes tamaños, es tal cual lo que ves en las imágenes. El color es brillante, muy lindo.
