The dispenser hardware is heavy and substantial feeling. It works very well, only dispensing what is needed to clean some dishes, not overdone so as to waste a lot of dish liquid. The ability to refill from the top is also very convenient. Worth the cost.

Originally I purchased my Moen faucet without a soap dispenser because in my experience they never worked right. I was just going to cap the hole but that didn’t work out so I ordered this dispenser after the fact! It does not match the design of the faucet but it is close enough. It’s not “in your face” big, it serves the purpose well and it works great. Easy to install too.

This was a great addition to our kitchen and we now have a convenient hand-soap dispenser next to the kitchen faucet that is easy to refill from the top. Works great!!!!! Looks great too!!!!

easy except needed to hold screw while tightening on because it will untighten when screwing on the soap bottle and seal will move out of place

Works great...easy top fill...wish spigot was slightly longer but still pleased with product..

It works great and is good quality.It's still 5 stars, even though I wish we'd gotten one with a shorter spout, bc this one sticks out a little farther into the sink that I'd like, but it's easy to turn out of the way. It's not the products fault & if you have a longer reach to the sink, it's perfect.

We were looking to match our Moen faucet and sprayer set and this not only matches the shape and color well, it is the same metal material (not cheap plastic like others.) It’s easy to install & refill, comfortable to use and has a nice hefty feel. We use it for dish soap, has a nice large reservoir to hold soap. And no more ugly bottles on the counter.

the face-basin in my bathroom had two holes for faucets but only one was being used so i got this to plug the other hole. my only criticism is that because it has a well on the under-side of the hole you have to make sure you have enough space to accommodate it. As a contrast, the soap dispenser in my kitchen sink has a tube that connects to the liquid soap bottle, so as long as you can fit a bottle of liquid soap anywhere inside the cupboard you will be fine. When i tried to put this in, the plastic well was jamming up against the stop-valve for the faucet, so i had to end up moving the faucet into that hole and then putting the soap dispenser in what was the faucet hole. I have no complaints at all about how well it works or how it looks and I highly recommend it. Just make sure that the underneath of your sink can accommodate the reservoir.
