It worked!
This replacement part fixed our problem of rinse aid on the dishes in the front right of the lower rack! Simon M’s review was helpful in determining this was the right part for our dishwasher since our model was not listed. It was an easy to remove the old part and install the new one. Check YouTube if you need a tutorial.

Solved our problem with leaky rinse fluid
Our 7 year old dishwasher had developed an issue where it would leave dishes (at least the ones loaded close to the rinse dispenser) with a sticky residue at the end of a wash cycle. Some google sleuthing pointed to the fact that the seal in the rinse dispenser door turns hard with age and causes leaks of the rinse fluid so late in the wash cycle that the rinse aid does not get washed off. We purchased this door with the hops of fixing that problem. The door is easy to replace - takes about 30 seconds total, and I am happy to say that a leaky seal on the old door was indeed the problem,, and this new door completely fixed our sticky dish problem. It's way too expensive for what it is, but it does work to fix the problem.

Easy fix for rinse aid leak in Bosch dishwasher
We've noted for several months by now excess Finish Jet-Dry Rinse Aid film on our dishes and an obvious leak from the reservoir down the inside of the door. Online comments noted that the rubber gasket inside this cover eventually wears down over time (our d/w is 9 years old) and allows rinse-aid liquid to leak out of the reservoir. Just make sure this is the correct cover for your Bosch d/w model - this was for ours. It was a dead simple task to replace the door. End of leaks. I wish I knew about this sooner.

Replace when rinse aid use increases!
Noticed rinse aid was not lasting very long between fill ups. Warning light was activating too often. After installing this new rinse aid door the new gasket remedied that issue. Rinse aid fills now lasting a month or more once again for our household to two travelers.

Fixed leaky rinse aid door - too bad you just can't buy the seal
Solved the issue of the rinse aid leaking onto clean bowls... yuck! Install was easy. It's just unfortunate they make you buy an entirely new rinse aid door rather than just being able to replace the seal because otherwise what should be an $8 repair is a $20 door.

Stopped working after two weeks
Easy to replace. But stopped latching after two weeks. I would not buy again.

Replacement for Bosch Dishwasher
If you have a Bosch dishwasher, go ahead and buy one of these - the seal fails and they always leak after 2-3 years of use. It will save you $200-$300 for a service call. When your Bosch dishwasher stops cleaning properly, and the dishes that are beside the door have a film on them, the problem is probably this little door. As it ages, the seal on the door starts to leak, and the rinse aid leaks out. This wastes rinse aid and leaves a film on the dishes that are close to the door. Replace this door, and that will probably solve the problem.
