Fun
My 9 yrs old daughter absolutely loved this book. I ly complaint is it isn't long enough. She was done in a day. LoLNow we are on the hunt for more decoder books.

Fun game book for 6-year-old
I bought this for my 10-year-old nephew, but my 6-yr-old nephew kind of stole it. Luckily, big brother is a nice kid. My younger nephew couldn't stop coloring the pages for quite a while, which maybe some parents would appreciate, but when I come to visit, I want to hang out! So, I had to either join him, which I did for a bit, and then I asked him if we could do something else. He was very entertained. The book introduces the concept of finding clues and using codes. Really cool.

Engaging and good for Development
My son loved this book! I felt good giving him this as a gift because it is good for his brain and is also engaging and a good, quiet activity. He wants to try more now!

Kids Weren't Interested
I put these in my 7 and 6 year-olds' Easter baskets. They loved the Melissa and Doug Water Wow books when they were younger so figured I'd give these a try. I have tried getting them to sit and do them, and they did start them but just weren't interested enough in them to keep going. Two months later and they still haven't finished much and I honestly don't even know where they are anymore. It's a fun idea and the quality of the books is good, my kids just didn't love them.

7 Year Old Loved It
My 7 y/o got this over Easter and finished it in two days. She loved the decoder and it encouraged her to use her mind for something useful like reading and writing skills. I love Melissa & Doug stuff. The kids always get the most out of it.

this was fun to do but it did'nt take long to do.
The on the go secret decoder game book is a good temporarily distraction for kids who are into secret agents. It doesn't take them very long to finish the book. This book is great for car trips just be sure to have a few more books like this if you have older kids. The younger kids don't really care as long as it's something to color.

So Much Fun!
I bought this for a 7 year old girl's bday and she loved, loved it. So we bought one for our 6 year old granddaughters bday. And she really enjoyed it. So when our granddaughter had a bday party to go to, we added this with another gift.
