I ordered the refilled cartridges in an effort to save some money over the "overpriced" original cartridges, but since have been rethinking my decision. I cleaned my print heads and printed approximately 10 pages of B&W, now my color levels are as indicated by the picture above. I had no problem with the cartridges being recognized, but now i question if the cartridges were ever full.I reached out to the seller before I wrote a review, but was ignored. I am not use to this type of customer service, and I refuse to accept it!I hope consumers will vote with their wallet, and think before buying.Also as a side note the cartridges shipped were of a different brand, they were not "My Toner" brand as advertised.Sincerely,Mr Patterson

I decided to try this cheaper ink replacement for my Epson workforce 645 but I'm having such hard time with my printer recognizing the Magenta Ink Cartridge... I don't think the chip is working correctly and the seller was supposed to have shipped the replacement Magenta ink cartridge but haven't received it so who knows and right now I'm having daily struggle to print out anything... It would recognize for a second and goes on to charge then it would give me the error message, I press it down hard/restart the printer, re-install, etc... and once in a blue moon it will go through and do the charging ink part and print me a last page of something I'm trying to print which is often the most useless page then decides it can't print anymore since not recognizing the ink cartridge/installed incorrectly then I scream!So I don't know if this is where you need to try to save money... if you are super patient person, maybe...

I bought replacement ink for my new Epson WF-7720 printer. This is the first time I have replaced my ink for this new printer. I received an error message saying the ink cartridge will not print. Their ink cartridge is not compatible with Epson. . I have cleaned the print head, but black will not print. The company "Mytoner" does not have any customer service. Note, you are not buying ink, you are making a donation to this company. Their product does not work, and now I have to go by ink again. Not to mention the delays and the hassle. I am now wondering if this is pure fraud!!!!

Update: Noted these were G&G ink cartridges, not MyToner cartridges, after the Cyan Ink began to leak/ bleed on page.The order was for MyToner cartridges. A substitution was made somewhere in the supply chain. This is nota valid review for MyToner cartridges. The Black and Magenta G&G cartridges have worked. Replacing thecyan cartridge with a Uniwork cyan cartridge fixed the problem. The original review is below:These ink cartridges have been working fine in an Epson NX430 for several months. EDIT:Updated to 4 starsMYtoner contacted me after my review and immediately offered to send a replacement. I am now waiting to see if these new cartridges work. It is quite possible I just got a bad set. Will update again with results of new cartridges.-------------------------------------Have installed one of each color so far, the printer accepted them as genuine epson ink, and they print nicely.The black however is a different story. Each cartridge installed has failed to function. It installs as usual, however the printer warns me its not Genuine Epson ink (which it did not do with the color inks). then when attempting to print, the black cartridge fails completely, even though it is clearly full and seems to be operational.I have installed all three black cartridges, not a single one works. To test for problems I did a nozzle cleaning and removed the cartridge and reinstalled the very low black Epson ink I had just removed. It printed just fine for a few test pages so I removed it, reinstalled the new ink, and again it failed to print more than a few splotchy lines.curious as to if it was the chip, I popped the chip off the old genuine cartridge and replaced the aftermarket ink chip with a genuine Epson chip. although it still read as "low ink" it accepted the install as genuine epson ink. however it still failed to print more than a few splotchy lines. All three XL Black cartridges offered the same results.three stars overall because the colors work for me. However, considering the amount of reviews that claim similar results as mine, it is pretty clear that there is little to no quality control for this product.

Not sure what they did, but the sticker you have to peel off is glued on so well it wouldn't come off of two of the cartridges, so they were unusable as there was so much gunk on them the printer would not operate with them. and once I was able to get everything scraped off, it didn't improve. You save money in price, but when you cannot use half of them you really don't. Avoid!!!

Great value! I have an Epson printer workstation as any other owner knows, the ink cartridges are very expensive. I was hesitant to purchase this item because it was not Epson brand. Pleasantly surprised that this carcasses work just as well as the Epson for a fraction of the cost. I am now a believer! Do not hesitate to buy

Arrived a few days ago, I've used the printer several times and works just as good as the manufacturer Ink. I'm very happy with the purchase.
