Works great. Holds temp. Very well.

Upon arrival, the incubator was found to be in poor condition. The control panel cover detached, and the interior was unclean, suggesting it might have been previously used and returned. Multiple cracks were visible on the incubator door and surrounding areas. The sole positive aspect was that the temperature control functioned, albeit consistently running one degree lower than the set temperature.

Good investment for a small lab

After about a month of use, the incubator died repeatedly. When failing it would beep, shut off immediately, all buttons become nonresponsive, and the light for some reason turns on. It can be reset temporarily by unplugging and plugging back in, but that only works now for a matter of hours or minutes. The worse news is that Benchmark, although the product is said to come with a 2 year warranty, does NOT honor the warranty if the incubator is purchased from Amazon. I ended up having to buy a replacement power supply and will see if that fixes the problem (it did not - see below), but it is not good that 2 months in the product fails and is not covered by warranty although it was advertised as brand new. **EDIT 12/10/17** The unit failed within 24 hours after a new replacement power supply was obtained from Benchmark. This thing has been a total waste of money and time. STAY AWAY!

Maintains temperature -- no problem.

I am using this incubator for a month now. The temperature keeps dropping 1 or 2 degrees Celsius each week. I need to set at 42C to keep 37C inside temperature. Price is good but not worth it in the long term.
