Taking it for years for immune system

Quality brand and product. Typical capsule sized so for me easy to swallow. Gives me energy and helps my immunity. Did a bit of research on which kind to get and found standardized is the best. This one is. Have used other products by this company and all of it is top notch. Will be buying again.

I've avoided some pretty nasty colds over the past year so I'm pretty confident in saying it's working. I take one a day but if I feel something coming on I take 2.

Been taking for a few days now, 4 caps 3 times a day. This thing's done me so well that I find myself looking at the clock for the next dose. It feels like it's tonifying my airways, and according to Chinese Herbology that is exactly what it does, it tonifies lung Qi.

Easy to swallow no flavor

I thought it would help clear up my allergies, post nasal drip, and prevent future colds but it hasn't. Unless I'm taking it wrong? Maybe someone can offer some advice.

Nature's Way needs to do better. The herb Astralgus is brown. These capsules are filled with white powder, which means there is more filler than there is herb. Won't buy again.
