It goes on easily, and stays on long (48 hours for me). No chipping or flaking in that time. The wand is made so you can do thin or thick lines. I do one upper eyelid, then the other. By the time I go back to the first eye, the liner is dry. If you make a mistake, it's not hard to clean if you get it right away. If you leave it until it dries, you'll need makeup remover or soap. Good value for the money. Smooth texture. Performs well.

Goes on easy, and stays put until you take it off. Great for those who have greasy lids and eyeliner glides off; this stuff is bulletproof. I use an oil face cleanser to take it off and that seems to work well to dissolve it. Good stuff!

This is a good eyeliner product when it's not defective when you receive it. I just received two that I ordered, and both of them were totally dried up when I opened them. As a matter of fact, it was hard to pull the one end from the other because it was dried up and stuck. This is probably the sixth time that I have received this product and it is totally dried up upon receipt. Occasionally, you might receive one that is ok, and I have ordered it from different places, so I am not singling out Amazon for this problem. According to the product packaging, they are not expired, so I am not quite sure what is going on with Maybelline and this product resulting in its always being dried up. I am currently in the process of contacting Maybelline about this problem so I can obtain a refund or a replacement that is good.

Goes on well. Looks nice first 12 hrs but my days are long and sometimes sweaty. Starts to dry and crack on my long days. Haven't swam in it yet. Wish it were a bit pliable. Thanks very much!

I give this 5 stars because it doesn’t break the bank and it doesn’t transfer to my upper eyelid when I do regular things like *blinking* lol they also have a variety of colors but I like to stick to black. It’s size is reasonable, and with some makeup remover it comes right off without too much effort.

I love the color, pigmentation, applicator, and that it’s liquid.Everyone only sells black liner, (or liner that says is brown but is actually black) and that’s just way too much contrast on my very pale skin, so I love that this is actually brown.It is also very pigmented and covers in one swipe (if you do it right the way you want it the first time). If you add another stroke though, the new stroke will ruin the previous stroke.BUT this product dries very fast in the component so you can’t use it for too long before having to throw it away.AND if you mess up you can’t just remove the tiny speck of liner you messed up. This dries like Elmer’s glue and literally the whole thing peels off/ and tiny balls of liner glue gather and doesn’t look good. If you’re me, getting the little balled up liner glue off disturbs the surrounding eye make up and it’s just a whole getting ready nightmare.

I've been using this Maybelline eyeliner for years now, and it’s hands down my go-to product! The black is rich and intense, giving me a perfect liner look every time. Once it dries, it doesn’t smudge, fade, or transfer, even on long days or in hot weather.

So unlike pretty much every other brand I’ve ever used, this is the only completely one that is completely smudge free. It’s very light on your eyelids, and its super easy to clean off, as it literally peels off. You can just pull on it, wed yo finger tios to make it easier, you don’t even need actual makeup remover for it. I put it on every single morning in 5 minutes or less, its my signature thing. I’ve been in the middle of the jungle, I’ve done very demanding physical activity, cried, sweat like crazy, and even participated in a survival challenge in the middle of texas in the summer, and my eyeliner stayed on through it all, or at least most of it. And if ever you feel like too much has fallen off that it looks bad, just peel it off! No need to look messy ever. I have a subscription for one to arrive to me monthly. As i use it literally daily i run out every month-to a month and a half. Its takes some practice to put it on neatly, but its so smooth its hard to mess up, just try not to shake much. I recommend it 10000000%!!
